Xalori is an early-stage intelligence product in validation. This page describes what actually happens on this website and in correspondence today — not what a larger company's policy would say.
What this website collects
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no session replay, and no fingerprinting. It stores nothing in your browser, contains no forms, and makes no requests to third-party services. Every file the page loads — its stylesheet, its one small script, and its icon — is served from xalori.com itself.
The only script on the site reveals sections as you scroll. It transmits nothing and records nothing.
Our website host keeps standard server logs as a routine part of serving any website — typically IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and the page requested. We do not use those logs to profile visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
What we receive when you contact us
The links on this site open your own email client. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send it. If you email us, we receive what you include — usually your name, email address, employer, role, and whatever you tell us about your territory. We use it to reply, to send a sample if you asked for one, and to keep notes on what we learn during validation.
We ask for the minimum needed for that conversation. We do not ask for a phone number, a home address, a date of birth, or payment information, and you should not send them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without your knowledge.
- We do not use your information for anything other than corresponding with you about Xalori.
Service providers
Running a website and an inbox necessarily involves a few providers. Ours are limited to:
- Netlify — hosts this website and serves these pages. Netlify handles the server logs described above.
- ImprovMX — forwards mail sent to our
@xalori.comaddress on to the mailbox where we read it. - A standard email mailbox provider, where that forwarded mail is received and read.
Each can see only the traffic or correspondence it handles, under its own terms. We use no analytics vendor, no advertising vendor, no CRM, and no marketing automation platform at this stage. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.
The intelligence data itself
Xalori's product data is derived from public and government records — currently New York State Liquor Authority license application records and related open data. These are business and regulatory records published by the issuing authority.
Records of this kind can contain the names of individuals where those names appear in the public filing, for example an applicant, owner, principal, or officer of the applying business. Xalori's purpose is business-to-business prospecting intelligence about businesses and their filings, and we work from the published record rather than assembling additional information about the individuals named in it. We do not build consumer profiles and we do not sell contact databases of private individuals.
Retention
We keep correspondence and validation notes only as long as they are useful to the validation work described on this site.
One deliberate exception: if you opt out of outreach, Xalori may retain the minimum information necessary to honor that request — in practice, your email address on a suppression list, so that we can reliably avoid contacting you again. Deleting that record entirely would defeat the purpose of the request, and honoring opt-outs is a legal obligation for commercial email.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it. Email ashley@xalori.com and we will action the request, subject only to the suppression-list exception above.
We are not asserting on this page which privacy statutes apply to Xalori at its current stage — that depends on thresholds we have not evaluated and would need proper advice on. We would rather honor these requests as a matter of policy than make a claim about the law we cannot yet stand behind.
Changes
Xalori is early and this statement will change as the product does. Material changes appear here with an updated date.
